chocolate pancake

yesterday i made this ice cream chocolate pancake :D
wanna some? hehe...


INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon margarine (melted)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Powdered Sugar
Your favorite toppings such as fruit, jam, whipped cream, or ice cream.

MAKING METHOD
1. Add milk, egg and margarine. Whisk until well blended.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
3. Add milk mixture to dry mixture. Whisk until ingredients moistened. The batter may be slightly lumpy.
4. Heat skillet to med-low heat.
5. Once hot, pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake in pan.
6. Flip once batter is set around edges. Then cook until baked through.
7. Once pancakes are cooked. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or your
favorite toppings.
8. Let's eat!! :D
